Customer Intake

Colocation and hosting requirements

This is how we take in a requirement. Complete as much as is known today: partial answers are welcome, and “to be determined” is an acceptable response to any item. What you record here gives our engineering and commercial teams what they need to come back with a written site fit, an indicative commercial framework and a draft service order schedule.

What happens next

We review the requirement against available capacity, come back in writing where an item needs clarification, and respond with a written site fit and an indicative commercial framework. Where a formal RFP follows, we respond to it against the requirements recorded here. Any engagement is governed by an executed Master Services Agreement and Service Order: this form commits neither party.
